Delivery Information

We offer a range of delivery services to suit your needs.

Free Express Delivery (7 Days a Week, Including Sunday)

Express delivery is available on all items, everything that is immediately available and ordered by 9pm (Monday to Sunday) will be delivered the following day. You are shown during the checkout whether this option is available for your order. If selected, we'll send your order as a priority so you receive it the next day between the hours of 8am to 6pm. Orders received by 9pm (Monday to Sunday) may be delivered the following day, but this cannot be guaranteed.

We always aim to deliver in-stock items next day, however during exceptional periods such as Black Friday or Christmas, there may be a delay of a day or so, particularly if your order is placed later in the evening. This also applies to bank Holidays including Christmas and Easter due to the operating patterns of our partners.

Secure Pin Delivery

To ensure secure delivery for your high value items we are now operating a PIN code delivery system with DPD. The new PIN code delivery system will ensure your order is delivered safely to you, we will only be able to deliver your parcel with your unique PIN code.

How does it work?

  • During the checkout process you will be asked to provide an email address or phone number.
  • On the day of your delivery you will receive a unique PIN code via email or SMS.
  • The driver will ask you to quote your unique PIN code when delivering your item.
  • If you cannot find your unique PIN code, the driver can re-send this to you at your doorstep.
  • If you cannot provide your PIN code or miss your delivery slot, the delivery will be re-attempted the following day.

Delivery FAQ

How can I track my order?

Our couriers will provide you with your tracking number by email once your order has been collected from our distribution center. You can track your order using the link available in the email or by downloading the courier's app. Downloading the app will allow you to update your delivery preferences and track your parcel directly.

If you provide a mobile number during checkout, you will be sent SMS text updates as your order is making it's way to you

Is a signature required for delivery?

We use a secure PIN code service and your PIN Code will be required upon delivery to receive your items.

Will you leave my delivery with a neighbour or somewhere safe?

We won't deliver to your next door neighbour if you're out and we won't leave it near your door or property either. To keep your order safe we'll deliver to your delivery address only and a PIN code will be required for all orders.

Do you deliver on Bank Holidays?

Over Bank Holidays our Distribution Centre dispatches orders as normal but our Couriers do not deliver on the Bank Holiday. We ask that you allow extra time for delivery when placing you order around Bank Holidays. Our normal services resume the next working day. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause. Please call our client support team on 0800 085 8250 should you wish to discuss your specific order.

Do you deliver on Sundays?

We deliver 7 days a week excluding Bank Holidays.

What is a Special Order?

Special orders are orders that have an extended lead time. This may be due to us having to get the correct ring size or awaiting a launch date for a particular piece.

Lead time denotes the amount of time between taking your order and it's estimated date of dispatch.

Orders with extended lead times will have the lead time information displayed on the product page and in the shopping bag.

My order hasn't arrived, what now?

Even though our packages are sent via secure courier, on rare occasions we do experience losses whilst in transit. Please get in touch with our client support team if you think this may be the case with your order. Please be aware that if we are not contacted within 14 days, an insurance claim cannot be made thus the client will be unable to claim any loss from Goldsmiths.
