Note: You have 30 days from the date on the receipt to purchase Goldsmiths Care. All you need to do is visit your local showroom to make a claim.

Simple and secure, Goldsmiths Care protects your new item against accidental damage, theft and in cases of clocks, watches and barometers malfunction. Goldsmiths Care means we will repair or replace your item as quickly as possible, with minimum fuss.

Goldsmiths Care is available with options for three or five years' cover, starting from the moment you leave the showroom, with just one simple payment and no penalties for claiming.

For Jewellery, Goldsmiths Care will provide a free in-store clean and inspection annually, free Rhodium plate on white gold and free jeweller cleaner or diamond dazzle stick for diamonds.

Goldsmiths Care is designed to give you complete peace of mind that your item is protected wherever it is in the world.
