ASP's internal Quality System has been developed over many years to ensure that ASP is in a cycle of continuous improvement and that all issues raised are investigated and resolved at the root cause of the problem, within an acceptable time frame. It is a responsibility of all staff to contribute to the growth of the company and themselves by being open minded and aware of the possibilities for improvement to our products, systems and directional ideas.
All issues relating to problems with the quality of our products, services and internal systems must be documented and investigated with the entry of the issue into the ASP Action Database.
The ASP Action Database is generally used to identify problems related to:
- Material/Component Supply
- Procedural Issues
- Product/Service Reliability
- Customer Complaints
- Staff Suggestions
